Website information
Privacy Policy
How Diriyah Technical Services handles enquiry, website and contact information.
Information collected when you contact us
When you send a maintenance enquiry, Diriyah Technical Services may receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, requested service, property type, Dubai community, access details, message and any other information entered into the form. The website may also store the page from which the request was sent and campaign-attribution values such as UTM parameters, GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID when those values are present.
Career applications and CV documents
If you apply for a published vacancy, the website may collect your name, contact details, current UAE location, relevant trade experience, availability, message and uploaded CV. Career applications are stored against the selected vacancy before email notification is attempted. CV files are kept in protected application storage rather than the public Media Library and are intended only for recruitment review and administration.
Customer reviews
If you share a customer review, the website collects the name, service, rating and feedback you submit. You may also provide an optional email address. That email is kept private and is used only for review communications that the business has enabled, such as a thank-you or publication update; it is not displayed with the public review.
Technical, security and anti-spam information
The website may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, referring page and request metadata where needed for security, troubleshooting, rate limiting and form protection. When Google reCAPTCHA is enabled for a form, the submission is also verified with Google using the configured site and hostname controls. Google may process technical information under its own privacy terms as part of that service.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or other approved measurement tools are loaded only when the relevant integration has been configured and the website's consent setting permits optional measurement. The website can use direct Google measurement or Google Tag Manager without intentionally loading the same Google measurement twice. Saved enquiries can generate a lead event and, when configured, a Google Ads conversion; phone and WhatsApp clicks are measured separately from a saved enquiry.
Campaign identifiers may be stored with a submitted enquiry to help the business understand which campaign generated the request. Diriyah Technical Services does not sell enquiry or recruitment information to advertisers.
How information is used
Customer enquiry information is used to respond, confirm service availability, prepare the appropriate trade, maintain operational records and protect the website from misuse. Recruitment information is used to review applications, communicate about the selected role and administer the recruitment process. Measurement information is used to understand website and advertising performance where the configured consent state permits it.
Service providers
The website may use hosting, email, analytics, advertising, CAPTCHA and communications providers to operate the functions described above. Those providers receive only the information required for the configured function and process information under their own technical, contractual and privacy controls.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, service administration, recruitment, security, accounting or other applicable operational and legal requirements. Administrative access is restricted, sensitive configuration values are protected, database operations use prepared queries and uploaded recruitment documents are not exposed as normal public Media Library files.
Your choices and privacy questions
You may contact us to ask about information associated with your enquiry or application and request correction or deletion where no applicable legal, accounting, security or operational retention requirement prevents it. Optional analytics choices can be managed through the website consent controls when enabled. For privacy questions, use the email address published on the Contact page.
