AC Maintenance Technician

Role

Attend assigned Dubai properties for approved AC inspection, cleaning and maintenance work, identify the reported cooling or drainage issue and complete safe testing before handover.

Typical responsibilities

• Inspect accessible split and central AC components and identify common cooling, airflow, noise and drainage symptoms.
• Carry out approved filter, coil, drain and accessible component cleaning or servicing.
• Use gauges, meters and maintenance tools appropriately for the diagnosed task.
• Protect the property, reassemble components correctly and record final checks.

Requirements

• Practical AC maintenance experience in residential or commercial properties.
• Good understanding of safe access, drainage, airflow and basic AC diagnosis.
• Professional customer communication and clean work habits.
• Eligibility for UAE employment and documentation required for the role.

Employment terms

Full-time Dubai role. Salary up to AED 1,500 per month, subject to experience and the final written offer. Working hours, overtime, leave, probation, notice and other employment terms follow the written contract and applicable UAE private-sector labour requirements. Employer-side recruitment and work-permit costs are handled as required by UAE law.
