Service requests can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or email. While we make every effort to attend at the agreed time, scheduling may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will inform you promptly of any changes.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and accurate information about the work required. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed (for example, from a landlord or building management) before work begins.
We aim to carry out all work to a professional standard. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us so we can address the issue.
To the extent permitted by law, Diriyah Services shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
